Welcome

Smile Lifestyle is a business dedicated to my love of yoga, meditation, positive living and wellbeing.
Here you will find details of my yoga classes and other workshops, yoga teacher training courses as well as retreats and events that might be of interest.
The purpose of this site is to spread my love of yoga and hopefully introduce you to the joy of mindful movement.  Have a look through and if you want to come along to a class I have an open door policy, so feel free to drop in anytime and join our friendly groups.  My classes are suitable for all levels, experience, genders, sizes, age and ability.  If you have any questions beforehand, please drop me an email or give me a call.

 

Important Update

Lyn will be taking a 3 month sabbatical from Mid April to Mid July 2022.  During this break, Yoga classes will be offered online through Microsoft Teams.

The last in-person classes will be 11th and 13th April 2022.  I am then offering a 10 week online course of Gentle Hatha Yoga through Microsoft Teams from 2 May – 1 July 2022.  If you would like to join my online Yoga class, please email me. 


Monday evening from 6-7pm 

The 10 week course will be £60 for all sessions;

 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 May, 6, 13, 20, 27 June, 1 July

I will be resuming live, in-person sessions from 18th July 2022, all refreshed and full of new ideas!

Lyn delivers a range of tailored sessions/workshops/courses to meet individual or corporate needs.  Sessions include Meditation, Breathwork, Yoga and Mindfulness, either in person or online.  Contact direct for further information and to book.

Private Yoga

Tailored Individual or small group sessions

Sessions can be arranged at a time and day that suits you.  You can also decide on the length of session (usually between 1 - 1.5 hours) and how frequent you wish to practice (usually once or twice a week).

Private classes are great for people who don’t have time to attend yoga classes/gyms or if you have a personal goal, health concern or specific aim in mind.

Specialist areas:  Yoga for back pain, depression, anxiety and stress
